Meet the Team
J. Alejandro Rosado Jr.
J. Alejandro Rosado Jr., CEO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies, Inc., is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with over 25 years of information technology experience. Before starting 12:34 MicroTechnologies in 1998, Alejandro worked for another local consulting firm and began to notice that the information technology needs of small to mid-sized companies was a very underserved market. His goal with 12:34 was to provide enterprise expertise to small and medium businesses.
A Lancaster native, Alejandro is a graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School and has been honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award. The Central Penn Business Journal has honored Alejandro with being part of the Forty Under 40, Class of 2011 for business leaders under the age of 40 for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and to the community. He was a founding member of Men Go Red, a supporting group for the Go Red for Women movement that drives financial leadership to the American Heart Association.
Susanne Dombrowski
Susanne H. Dombrowski, CFO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies, is a Certified Public Accountant in practice in Lancaster County for over 21 years. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Lebanon Valley College earning a BS in Accounting and Business Administration. Her role at 12:34 is to develop and implement financial and administrative systems that will drive the growth and profitability of the company. As a trusted advisor to Alejandro and the technical team, she makes sure that we maintain superior levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Passionate about her work, Susanne still finds time to volunteer in our local community, currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Lebanon Valley College and the Advisory Council for SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon. Susanne is also a founding member of the Circle of Red, a leadership giving initiative of the American Heart Association’s Go Red movement. Her greatest (and most important) challenge in life is being “Mom” to her three fabulous children; Kasia, Dan, and Eva. Whenever possible (but usually not often enough), she enjoys golf, playing the guitar, reading, and relaxing in New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes region.
Tina Brubaker
Tina Brubaker came to 12:34 MicroTechnologies in March of 2008 and has accumulated 38 plus years of experience in Customer Service and Office Administration arena.
October of 2016 she married her childhood friend Jim and together they share 4 children and a grandson. Tina & Jim live in Lancaster City and most weekends can be found taking advantage of the wonderful art, music, and food it offers.
Shelly Campbell
Shelly is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 30 years of experience in the IT field. Her expertise ranges from network and desktop system setup, management and support to web site hosting system setup, management, and software application support. She has worked with a wide variety of clients from small businesses to large corporations and enjoys building solid client relationships while helping them solve their technology challenges.
Shelly is enthusiastic about technology and loves to keep learning about the latest trends in software, hardware, and internet applications. When she’s not sitting in front of a computer you can find her out on the golf course with friends and her husband Ron. Shelly enjoys having fun times with friends and family, listening to podcasts and music, reading and learning, and is a huge dog lover.
Mike Chea
Mike joined the 12:34 team in August 2008. He is a graduate of Hempfield High School and the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Mike is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and has achieved his Cisco A+ Certification and AMP/Tyco Structured Cabling Certification. Being interested in the IT field since he got his first computer, he is rapidly gaining more experience and building knowledge with 12:34.
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his friends and family, listening to music, watching movies and playing video games. He also enjoys keeping up with the latest and greatest tech gear.
Tristan Clearwater
Tristan grew up in Pottstown, with an interest in all things electronic. Wanting to create his own video games, Tristan taught himself how to program when he was only 12, and has since participated in competitions for game design (Placing 3rd at regionals)!
Now he spends time building computers and making plans to return to college and get his degree in Computer Science. Until then he’ll be self teaching with books while enjoying his 3 cats; Kip, Oliver and Minerva(Minny).
When Tristan is not putting together quotes for your hardware, he has various hobbies; mainly playing video games, but also enjoying walks on trails and even doing some light foraging.
Blake Clemens
Blake started his career 20 years ago as a Network Operations Center support engineer for the Lenfest Group. While working at his most recent job, Blake found himself in the midst of all aspects of a networking environment. Blake brings to 12:34 experience in a variety of roles including Project Management, Business Process, Team Leader, and Lead System Engineer. He is an innovative professional with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems to increase customer satisfaction. He looks forward to using that expertise in having a successful career at 12:34.
Along with spending time with his family, Blake enjoys playing soccer, hunting, and trying to stay fit.
Eva Dombrowski
Spicing up our normally tech-heavy staff, our newest team member, Eva Dombrowski, comes to us offering a very different skillset.
Eva graduated from Messiah College earning a BA in Psychology with a counseling concentration. She views this education, and her subsequent work in mental health/human services, as the foundation that informs her work ethic and practice today. Eva comes to us on the heels of 5 years of nonprofit leadership in Lancaster. Her work experiences make Eva uniquely and well situated to help us perfect the way we communicate within our team, collaborate with our clients, and to connect our community.
In 2017 Eva was a recipient of the SCORE Small Business Development award, and a nominee for Lancaster Young Professionals Young Influencer award, and likes volunteering her time toward causes involving books, bikes, and justice. She enjoys watching Vine compilations on YouTube, reading, and spending time with her nieces and new nephew. One of her favorite quotes is “The best gift you are ever going to give someone is the permission to feel safe in their own skin. To feel worthy. To feel like they are enough.” -Hannah Brencher.
Joe Housley
Joe has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology working with three major companies. He has extensive knowledge of network security, which is his main focus on protecting our clients network environment. Joe manages ESET antivirus, Malwarebytes and Cisco AMP products for 12:34, and all Office 365 security including ATP, Intune and EMS.
Joe moved to Leola, PA, in August of 2005 from Long Island, New York. He has 3 wonderful children, Amy, Kayla and Rachel, who keep most of his “free” time busy. He is also a grandfather of wonderful grandchildren Brayden, Zachary and Arianna. Joe is a huge New York Giants fan, and likes to go back to New York as much as possible. He also loves to spend time with dog Moose and friends, family, and his fiancé , Michele.
Dayna London
Dayna London joins 12:34 with over 12 years of Administrative Assistant and Customer Service experience.
Dayna is a Lancaster native and a JP McCaskey graduate. When she’s not fielding customer phone calls and monitoring the support ticket system, Dayna enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and watching movies.
Doug Mendenhall
Doug completed interning with 12:34 and joined the development team full time in October, 2014. In addition to completing his bachelor’s degree in computer science(with a focus on database design and programming); he also earned his Microsoft MCSA: Web Applications and MCSD: App Builder certifications. Before starting his career in programming, Doug has over a decade of experience in retail and small business administration.
Beyond programming, Doug spends most of his time with his wife and their three dogs. He enjoys going to the beach, computer gaming, and keeping up with new technologies.
Chris Thomas
Chris joined the 12:34 team in September of 2018. He is a graduate of Hanover High School and ITT Tech in Harrisburg. Chris has over 10 years of IT experience working with Companies such as Comcast, Rite-aid, and WSP. He is excited to apply and grow his current knowledge with the 12:34 team.
Besides spending time with his loved ones, Chris enjoys creating original artwork, and playing video games.
Mike Schmelder
Mike has over 30 years of experience in IT. He has held many technical positions including programmer, network technician, project manager and systems consultant. He has also held many leadership positions including VP of Operations, President, Practice Manager and Director of Technology. Mike joined 12:34 in 2017 to help the technical operations focus on delivering the very best technology and service to help businesses thrive.
Mike lives in Lancaster with his wife, Bernadette Hill, and his son Joshua. He has many interests including biking, hiking, golfing, and skiing.
Jeff Wampler
Joining us in early 2019, Jeff brings a broad knowledge of many areas of IT, excellent troubleshooting skills, a desire for continued growth, and a strong customer focus.
Jeff is a summa cum laude graduate of Alvernia College with a BA in Business Management and over 30 years of computer experience since he first played pong running from a cassette tape on a Commodore 64 in the early 80’s. His early career was in graphic design, desktop publishing and electronic prepress, but he was always the “go-to guy” at his employers for anything to do with computers and electronics. He moved fully into the realm of IT in the mid 90’s as the IT Manager and later IT Director for a commercial printer and marketing services provider in Reading, PA where he had a very hands-on role managing, researching and implementing solutions to their IT needs.
Jeff recently moved back to his hometown of Pottstown where he lives with his daughter and his fiancé. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and working on DIY home projects.
